Tim Stimpson BA (Hons)
Director

Tim is a former rugby player with the British Lions, England, Newcastle, Leicester, Perpignan and Leeds. A prolific points scorer, Tim was the first player to score over 1000 points in the English Premiership and is the only player to win 5 successive Premierships. Amongst his most memorable contributions were the pressure kicks that helped Leicester Tigers win the European Cup in 2001 and 2002.

Tim is an Anthropology graduate and a ‘fellow’ of Durham University . Having trained with ICI, he is now an experienced motivational speaker, performance coach and ambassador. Tim was appointed by his peers to represent them throughout his career, and continues to work closely with elite athletes to help them perform on and off the field. Now a founding partner in Win22, Tim has helped bring a team together to help individuals and organisations succeed.

Ann Goodwin Chartered Marketer, FCIM, DipM
Director

With over 30 years experience in business, Ann has worked with people at all levels. She has developed and delivered various sales, marketing and communication training initiatives for over 15 years. Delegates have commented Ann’s style is interesting, relevant and stimulating. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ann has also trained students for the professional CIM exams and is an approved mentor from the East Midlands Development Agency.

Prior to establishing her own marketing consultancy, Ann was a Marketing Director in industry, where she oversaw a call centre and a field sales team. She has developed and implemented numerous marketing strategies across a wide range of industries and enjoys the combination of determining strategic direction with practical and creative solutions.

Jeff Stimpson

Jeff is a Chartered Town Planner in the sports industry. Experienced in sports consultancy, Jeff has previously worked at Sport England, Sports Coach UK and two major local authorities. He has a proven track record in programme development and delivery, meeting the needs of national, regional and local organisations.

Richard Cross

Richard is a Behavioural Scientist specialising in individual and organisation assessment with 25 years experience. A pioneer of Psychometric tests in the sales environment, Richard has extensive experience in establishing recruitment, sales training methodologies and redeploying staff. He is a board level consultant in business excellence and organisation change programmes with multi-national organisations. With world class expertise in Psychometric testing, Richard is co-writing a book on elite performers and piloting a performance drivers’ profile.

Steve Sharpley

Steve has an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies and a BSc Hons in Psychology. He has been an international organisational consultant and coach for over 10 years and has a wealth of international business development knowledge and commercial experience.

Jacolyn Fergusson MIPD
Communications and Involvement Consultant

Jacolyn has over 15 years experience working at Director level. Having worked in world leading health services, financial services, utilities, retail, distribution and manufacturing businesses she has proved that she can adapt and be successful in different environments and sectors.

Having had strategic responsibility for HR, Communications, Involvement and Marketing as part of Executive board teams she has created and implemented value-adding strategies and plans to improve key business indicators.

A key strength is involving complex stakeholders in an open and transparent manner in areas of Diversity. Personally she has the ability to create, gain agreement and deliver strategies to meet client needs. She has achieved National recognition for innovations in involvement strategies.

Dr. Julie Bradshaw MBE

Julie is a qualified Teacher and Swimming Teacher and lectures part-time at Loughborough University. She is also a Professional Psychological Therapist/Counsellor and Coach, and a Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis. Julie is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). At the age of 15, Julie became the fastest British Junior to swim the English Channel and achieved her 12th world record in 2002 with the legendary butterfly solo swim of the English Channel in 14 hours 18 minutes. In addition, Julie is a Motivational and After Dinner Speaker, travelling the country inspiring others with her talks and stories.

Gemma Patel BA (Hons)
Account Manager

Gemma gained a degree in Marketing Communications and has worked in the training and education sector since graduating. She joined the Win team to take responsibility for overseeing clients' PR and Marketing communications activities, developing advertisements, web marketing and analytics.

Gemma has headed up a successful campaign for an electrical components plc and is an integral part of the team maintaining relationships with journalists on behalf of our clients.

Jenni Taylor
Designer

Jenni has joined the Win team to strengthen the graphics design team. She has a love of developing new concepts and has put her skills to good effect designing a range of different logos for clients based on both contemporary and traditional concepts.
